All entry fees are per person. Each ticket is a 2-person team entry, and the price shown is per racer.

Missed online registration? There are no entries on the day, but last-minute withdrawals do happen. Contact us and we’ll do our best to find you a spot.
Refund policy

Until 4 weeks before the event
- Credit towards another Adventure Junkie event (less a $30 administration fee), or
- A refund, less a $30 administration fee or 20% of the entry fee, whichever is greater.

Less than 4 weeks before the event
- Credit towards another Adventure Junkie event (less a $30 administration fee). Late fees are not refundable.
- Refunds are no longer available.

Less than 1 week before, or after registration closes
- No refunds and no credits.
You must tell us in writing (email is fine) before each deadline.
Weather backup date: 15–16 May 2027. If extreme weather stops us running the event, it moves to our backup date two weeks later.
If the event can’t go ahead on either weekend, no refunds will be given.
Credits, certificates & team changes
Using an entry credit
Have an Adventure Junkie entry credit from a previous event? Email us when you’re ready to use it, telling us the event where you got the credit, the team it belongs to, and the event you want to use it for. We’ll send you a discount code to use once during online registration.
Entry credits are fully transferable until two weeks before the event. After that you can still change your category and team members — the earlier the better — and in exceptional cases at event registration.
Using a discount certificate
Won a discounted-entry certificate at a previous Adventure Junkie event? Email us the event where you won it, the team it belongs to, and the event you want to use it for. We’ll send you a discount code to use once during online registration.
Certificates must be redeemed within 12 months of the race where they were awarded.
Changing your team

Changes can be made up to the morning of the event, but please let us know as early as you can.
