Event weekend schedule

We have designed the event program to make it challenging but not too stressful.

FRIDAY:

• 3:00 pm – Registration is open
• 4:30 pm – EPIC course - prologue start 
• 7:30 pm – EPIC course - prologue finish

SATURDAY:

• 6:30 am - TA is open for bike drop off
• 7:00 - 7:45 - shuttle bus to the start CLASSIC/EPIC
• 8:00 am – CLASSIC course start
• 8:45 am - EPIC course start
• 2:00 pm – Expected finish for leaders
• 5:00 pm - TA closed, presenation at HQ

SUNDAY: 

• 7:00 am – Registration for NOVICE course
• 8:00 am – EPIC and NOVICE course - start
• 11:00 am - Expected finish for leaders
• 1:00 pm – Expected finish for both NOVICE and EPIC
• 1:30 pm – Presentation
• 2:00 pm – Event concluded
