Event weekend schedule

We have designed the event program to make it challenging but not too stressful. 

FRIDAY:

• 3:00 pm – Registration is open
• 4:30 pm – EPIC course - prologue start 
• 7:30 pm – EPIC course - prologue finish

SATURDAY:

• 6:00 am- bus to the start EPIC/CLASSIC
• 7:00 am – EPIC/CLASSIC course start
• 2:00 pm – Expected finish for leaders

SUNDAY: 

• 7:00 am – Registration for NOVICE course
• 8:00 am – EPIC and NOVICE course - start
• 2:00 pm – Expected finish for both NOVICE and EPIC
• 2:30 pm – Presentation
• 3:00 pm – Event concluded
